In 1565, Datu Sikatuna and the Spanish Miguel López de Legazpi made a blood compact, or Sandugo, to seal their friendship with trust. This beautiful dark red ink sheens with green to symbolize both friendship and the lush green landscape of Bohol where the Sandugo was held.

A red that sheens green!

This is the coolest and most interesting red ink I've owned yet. It sheens metallic green beautifully (the image here doesn't do it justice - look online!) Sheen usually only comes out on Tomoe River paper, but this sheen has worked across a LOT of my paper - even the more absorbent ones.

Older Vinta bottles have a problem with evaporating - keep the little aluminium foil that covers the top of the bottle, or put a bit of plastic foil over the cover after you unseal it - it should be fine.
