STEP BY STEP PROCESS
1. Contact us via Whatsapp Message
Kindly provide your name, the description of the pen issue with the pen itself and faulty area photos.
2. Serviceability Check
Our team will determine if the pen is serviceable based on the information provided.
3. Walk In
We will proceed with a physical inspection and consultation in our store then provide the repair estimation.
4. Repair Timeline
It will take approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the amount of repair in queue.
5. Completion
Our team will notify via Whatsapp message, then you may collect and check the pen from us.
