Founded in 2014 in Tamsui, Taiwan, Lennon Tool Bar is inspired by the traditional art of indigo dyeing—an industry that flourished in Taiwan over a century ago. At the time, Taiwan exported doroai, a key raw material for indigo dyes, to the Japanese Empire.
The brand draws from these historic dyeing techniques and classic indigo tones, translating them into a modern and distinctive colour palette.
Lennon Tool Bar 2024 Summer Limited, Shi Shi Zi :
Shi Shi Zi (Stone Lion): At temple entrances, pairs of stone lions stand guard. The male rests a paw on a decorative ball, while the female watches over a cub. Day and night, they protect the temple, offering visitors a sense of peace and calm.
