Founded in 2014 in Tamsui, Taiwan, Lennon Tool Bar is inspired by the traditional art of indigo dyeing—an industry that flourished in Taiwan over a century ago. At the time, Taiwan exported doroai, a key raw material for indigo dyes, to the Japanese Empire.
The brand draws from these historic dyeing techniques and classic indigo tones, translating them into a modern and distinctive colour palette.

Purple Rice is first soaked until soft, then cooked with longan and water to make porridge. You can also add glutinous rice balls, red beans, or wood ear mushrooms to enhance the flavor and make it more nutritious! The smooth texture allows warmth to spread from the mouth to the whole body, adding a special comfort to the harsh winter.
