Founded in 2014 in Tamsui, Taiwan, Lennon Tool Bar is inspired by the traditional art of indigo dyeing—an industry that flourished in Taiwan over a century ago. At the time, Taiwan exported doroai, a key raw material for indigo dyes, to the Japanese Empire.
The brand draws from these historic dyeing techniques and classic indigo tones, translating them into a modern and distinctive colour palette.
Lennon Tool Bar presents three colors in association with classic Taiwan teas to remind you of slowing down the pace. Use these colors to write your stories, and you could have a sip of the sweet aftertaste of life just as you are drinking Taiwan teas.
Drinking Tieguanyin is like stepping into a fragrant forest. The rolled and roasted leaves yield a taste that is both fruity and woody, a distinctive flavor known as “Guan Yin Yun.”
