Undyed, or nude, leather is left completely natural. This means you may see natural range marks, small scars, and other organic blemishes. Unlike heavily processed leather found in department stores, these features are part of its authentic character. When new, undyed vegetable-tanned leather starts as a pale, natural tone. It will age and darken with sunlight, just like skin. Over time, exposure to sun, daily handling, moisture, and conditioning will create a rich patina, giving the leather a warm, rustic, beautifully aged look
