Versatile black ink
Highly recommended black ink. Almost suitable for all types of paper without significant bleed through, and feathering.

One the blackest inks I’ve seen.
I find it darker than the other daily office black inks I’ve used such as the Parker Quink, Pelikan 4001 Brilliant Black and Pilot Black. Although it was advertised as feathering resistant on all but the poorest quality of papers, it still does feather on some of the papers I use at the office. In short the Noodler’s X-Feather trumps the rest on the above-mentioned list in terms of blackness, but the Pilot Black outperforms it when it comes to feathering and bleed through.
