The year 2025 marks a momentous milestone in the Vanishing Point legacy: the 20th Anniversary of the Capless Décimo. This commemorative release the Décimo 20th Anniversary Limited Edition is the first global limited edition of the Décimo line.
More than an anniversary celebration, this edition pays homage to Pilot’s origin story. In 1925, founders Ryosuke Namiki and Masao Wada departed from Yokohama Port carrying Japanese made gold-nib fountain pens, setting out to share their craftsmanship with the world. Their pioneering voyage inspires the theme of this edition: Voyage, Challenge, and Pioneering.
The aluminum body showcases a dusk-to-dawn gradient, transitioning smoothly from deep indigo to warm coral pink, an homage to starlit skies yielding to the first light of morning. Over this gradient, rotary silk printing creates delicate star patterns that shimmer subtly under light. The result is refined, ethereal, and symbolic of new beginnings.
Limited to 3,000 pieces worldwide, each pen features a rhodium-plated 18-karat gold nib and arrives in a coordinated presentation box containing a CON-40 converter, black ink cartridge, story card, use and care guide, and warranty certificate.
