The color of the pen take on the 2021 new corporate color known as the "Sailor Dawn Blue" with fine glass sparkle particles and decorated with gold trim.

The pen arrived ahead of schedule. The unique 21k gold nib on this limited edition Sailor could not be found on any other Sailor and it is individually numbered out of 1500 pieces worldwide. This will undoubtedly add a level of rarity and exclusivity for collectors of limited edition iconic Japanese fountain pens.
The nib is one of the best, if not, the best in the industry. Smooth, consistent inkflow without any hint of skipping or hard start. The "metashine" feature with the glittery sparkles which reflects glimpses of light when turned lends a beautiful effect when held in the hand.
